The Idea Conceiving:
The idea of Castle 9 rested in the hearts of the owners for a long time. The foundation was finally put in September 2005 and after four months of rigorous hard work and logical planning; the dream finally came true when Castle 9 opened its doors for its valued guests on December 31st 2005.

The Golden History:
Looking back it is pretty surprising to know that the first registration done by the secretary of India in council was with M/S D. Marco Polo & company on November 19th 1924 during the historic British Raj. Since then, the area was sold to different owners till it was finally leased out to Castle 9 Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., the operating company for Castle 9 on September 1st 2005.

Castle 9 is divided into 2 sections, lounge & fine dining. With the lounge offering wall to wall sofa seating with low height tables along with bar seats, the fine dining area cozily offers a smoking & non smoking seating.
